A sophisticated heat retention concept in the GN 1/1 chafing dish with 9 power levels produces temperatures between 50°C...150°C in the Inductherm porcelain dish inserts. Heat develops only in the Inductherm-coated insert base; the Ceran ceramic glass surface serves exclusively as a support for the dish inserts. Optimum humidity conditions develop under the closed lid (without a water tub) while food is kept constantly warm.
