Induction frying on a temperature-controlled griddle plate

A novel griddle plate with uniform heat distribution, induction technology with fast-acting RTCS®-control, and record-breaking warm-up time all add up to maximum flexibility, excellent frying quality, and maximum efficiency for today’s gastronomy.

 

Novel INDUCS technology monitors and controls the temperature of the specially developed griddle plate. Unprecedented energy efficiency and uniform, constant temperature across the entire griddle surface deliver remarkable user benefits. Frying temperature is measured across the full extent of the induction griddle plate. A rotary knob lets you set the temperature between 30°C...250°C, while the ACTUAL temperature appears in the display. Should the ACTUAL temperature deviate just 0.5°C from the SET temperature, patented INDUCS technology immediately delivers the energy needed to restore the SET temperature. This is particularly advantageous when putting fresh items on to fry, because it avoids protein and water seepage.
