Cooking with power levels: Set the desired power level (1-12) with the touch of a button, or select from three presets. Ultra-fast pan warm-up and response with real-time temperature control, thanks to novel induction technology.
Cooking with hold function: Pan bubbling just right? Just press a button and let it continue on cruise control. The hold function locks and maintains the instantaneous temperature at the pan base. Another button-press returns to cooking with power levels.
Cooking with temperature system: RTCS® technology puts you in complete charge of what’s cooking. For example: sear at 210°C, continue cooking at 98°C, then keep the cooked food hot at 78°C. INDUCS induction appliances with the RTCS® temperature system complement your cooking skills, for unbeatable results in the kitchen.
