RTCS® - Realtime Temperature Control System

Developed and patented by INDUCS, RTCS® is the first-ever system for temperature-controlled cooking in kitchens. The pan base material and the electronics (1) function together as a coordinated whole.

 

Programmability and a digital display (2) make it possible to cook recurring food items exactly the same way every time; recipes and cooking processes can be more productively matched. Kitchen staff no longer need to keep an eye on under or over-temperature – but they’ll still need to stir the food from time to time.

 

Revolutionary: Heat is generated in the pan base, in direct contact with the items being cooked. Non-contact, real-time temperature measurement at 1°C increments at the pan base marks a world first.
