Frying temperature is measured across the full extent of the induction griddle plate, for instant response to the smallest deviations.

 

The ACTUAL temperature appears on the display. Should it deviate just 0.5°C from the SET temperature, patented INDUCS technology immediately delivers the energy needed to restore the SET temperature. This is particularly advantageous when putting fresh items on to fry, because it avoids protein and water seepage.
