Cooking at specific temperatures

 

For the first time, revolutionary RTCS® technology allows cable-free temperature measurement during the cooking process – at the pan base, close to items being cooked.

 

Temperature-controlled cooking example:

1. Sear at 210°C

2. Continue cooking at 98°C

3. Keep cooked food hot at 78°C

Should the temperature deviate by just 0.5°C, RTCS® technology responds under electronic control and instantly supplies the energy needed to maintain a constant setting.
